Affiliating University

Government Medical College Kathua is affiliated to University of Jammu which is a National Assessment & Accreditation Council of India Grade ‘A+’ university vide consent of affiliation letter number No. CDC/2018/3252 Dated: 11/08/18.

This university came into existence in 1969 vide Kashmir and Jammu universities Act 1969 following bifurcation of the erstwhile University of Jammu and Kashmir.
